At Cupreva, we value quality, transparency, and customer satisfaction. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. If you face any issue with your order, our return and refund policy is outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged product
• You received a defective product
• You received an incorrect item

To be eligible for a return:

• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

• Products that have been used
• Products damaged due to improper use or care
• Items returned without prior approval
• Minor variations in color, finish, or natural patina (normal for pure copper)

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our part

Replacements

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Replacement items are dispatched only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
• Please contact us immediately after placing the order for cancellation requests

Important Notes About Copper Products

• Copper naturally develops a patina over time — this is normal and not a defect
• Slight variations in finish are a characteristic of authentic copper craftsmanship
• Please follow the care instructions provided to ensure long product life
